As Owner-Operator, Wendy Rivera prides herself on providing top-level client services. She came up with the concept to launch Nxt Level Admins after working in an industry with a high turnover rate for more than 19 years. Filling various in-house roles has given her the skills to multitask in dynamic, fast-paced environments while still having the ability to meet deadlines.

Being a highly motivated individual with a go-getter attitude, she began her pursuit at St. John's University with a BA in Business Administration. Wendy is passionate about learning and actively continues her education to stay on top of current events. She is certified as a QuickBooks ProAdvisor and is a SHRM member. Successfully, Wendy has provided operational leadership and support to various departments as needed. With the capability to interact effectively with clients and staff members at all levels, she's a proactive problem-solver who will get the job done!
